Horrible experience😡 In order for you to keep your status as an instructor you have to pay about $45 a month. Then when you want to cancel that membership you are only allowed to cancel via phone call. Not allowed to cancel by letter, email or voicemail. What they don't tell you is that they do not answer the phone. You will sit on the phone for over 3 hours and not speak to a single human. All you will hear are prerecorded voices and the same song on a one minute loop. I have reached out via email, phone call, facebook and instagram and no response. I have even left a voicemail that they claim they will get back to you. Worst customer service experience in my life. I want to cancel it and I can't!! Do not fall for this scam!!!!🤬🤬🤬

Gracias Jane, entiendo que este costo se debe a que Beto Pérez cobra por la licencia de ZUMBA y en cada país se establece el costo en U$S. Pero en mi caso no puedo acceder a ese imorte, sería más de 1.500 $ argentinos. Un saludo desde Argentina
