Yes, I believe so Cindy. An estimate would be based on purchase price, age, etc. I will confirm with our insurance affiliate and get back to you.

From Gabby Romero with Homeservices Insurance: New construction is still very competitive when it comes to insurance. The property details are used to determine the dwelling coverage. The homes are insured at replacement cost. Depending on the location, details of the home and the insurance score for the buyer, some policies are under $1K.
