Cool video, well ridden, it's a lot steeper in real life than it appears on the video. 🤙🤙🤙😁😁😁

Hi pal cracking video btw, im coming upto the Tweed Valley in September going to glentress on one day and then either innerthlin DH or Golfie on another day, was just wondering which place would suit 2 intermidiate riders better or of either place is suitable? Thanks 🤟
@MtbTrailHub Жыл бұрын
Awesome, happy to help! Both Inerleithen DH and Golfie can be pretty full on if you don't know where to look. I'd probably recommend the Golfie with some of their easier trails such as New York New New York, Flat White and Wardel Way. Inners DH Trails are good but pretty unforgiving for intermediate level riding. You could possibly do the marked red route near the Innerleithen DH tracks?
@beerbellyMTB Жыл бұрын
@@MtbTrailHub thanks for the reply, I think we have decided to leave golfie and inners for another trip practice some more steep stuff closer to home. We have decided to do whinlatter in the Lakes on the way up day 1 then day 2 glentress red trail then have some lunch then think we're going to head to cademuir believe it may give us a slightly easier taster of what the golfie is like and now on the 3rd day we are going to head home and ride mabie forest on the way back. Hopefully get up again next year for inners and the golfie 🤟
@MtbTrailHub Жыл бұрын
Sounds like a fun trip!! cademuir is really good also! Have a great time. If you fancy joining us in June next year we are doing a guided tour of the Tweed Valley tailored to different skill levels. Give me a shout if you'd like a bit more info@@beerbellyMTB

@@beerbellyMTB Nice! Probably not the best move to go biking a few days after the big day !! haha We run trips annually, In 2024 we are looking at 2nd and 3rd weekend of June. If that works then give me a shout on mtbtrailhub@gmail.com Good luck for the wedding man!!

Good job on such sketchy trails! I'm headed over in September. Any reccos on the best places to ride. Blue to some reds. Looking for flow and scenery.

Thanks Stewart 👍 Keep an eye out for the red trail centre loop on the Innerleithen side. Glentress has some mellow trails at the trail centre too. Try the XC Gypsy Glen loop for scenery 👍

Was all going well till the bangy boom boom shit music started over powering the commentary, seems to be a common problem on MTB videos... Back the racket off and focus on the content ffs!!!
@MtbTrailHub2 жыл бұрын
Music is one way to add further depth and atmosphere to videos. It is also another way to help tell a story. Admittedly i may have got the sound levels slightly out at times. Nothing is perfect.
@gibfear2 жыл бұрын
@@MtbTrailHub Sorry fella, probably came over way too harsh, I should have added some smileys. Boomy crap seems to be a bit of a plague on some yourtubes videos. It's not the baggies at the start, even though it does overpower the commentary. It's 2:30 in I'm waking the house up with the volume down at 10 lol.
