I'v stated working as a marketing coordinator for an independent broker and I've increased sales so much within the last 6 mo he needs to hire more agents. I'm now interested in starting my own company and need direction. He is only partially willing to give only bits of advice be he doesn't want me to leave but he doesn't want to pay me what I'm worth.
