EXNova "user friendly" is putting it lightly. They gave him tons of mobility with damage and heals attached to the mobility and CC which is also a shield and a stun and his auto-attacks have a buff and he has a strong slow with a low cooldown that he can throw out and it boomerangs back. A toddler with one arm could get fed with Ekko.

The thing with gunblade is the fact that aoe spells actually heal for less than the listed amount. Also it doesn't add to your burst DMG rather, it adds to your survivability. If you build gunblade, consider taking a more defensive route. Gunblade into zhonya into abysmal if they have 2 sources of ap dmg, void staff if you are facing a tankier comp, or ludens if you are just face rolling the midlane.
