I've lost a lot on emotion, too. Having a plan (written and specific) before I invest and targets/strategies for profit taking helps to counter and reduce the dumb decisions I make. If you have friends in crypto, maybe even give them a copy and let them keep you too it. And run any changes by them before you execute on any. Anything else you'd add?

I have a Tangem wallet, & bought Shiba Inu , but when I transferred the Shiba to Tangem it wanted me to use Ethereum as a transfere vehicle. So you will need some Ether to pay swap/transaction fees to send it. Send enough ether to cover the transaction costs and it should let you complete the transaction by signing it by entering your Tangem wallet access code and tapping the card to your phone.
