Loved your video. My hubby and I are looking for our final home right now. The last time we bought a home was in 2008 and sold in 2017. So much has changed since the last time we were buyers. Our competition are investers not dwellers. Sellers have not been diligent about home maintenance so when we go in a home and see it unkempt, we are discourged. It's a sellers market and we are old school.

Thank you, and yes the market has changed and unfortunately many sellers are not doing what is needed to prepare their homes for viewings. Just make sure you have your funding ready to go and hopefully you will find your next home before the investors.

I wish it was that easy. And I agree with you. However, there are often times restrictions put on the land and what you can and can not do with said land.
