Do they ask for previous employment ( non flying experience ) experience letter n salary slip if we mention about our previous work experience in our resume?

Hi, yes, they want to know about any previous experience. If I remember correctly, they ask what your salary was (you don't need to provide a salary slip) but they don't use this info to determine your new salary.

I got the mail however I cleared the interview in Chennai itself so
