what to pack for basic mountaineering course | Training for bmc

in this video i am talking about what to pack for basic mountaineering course and i will also share how to train yourself for bmc.
I shared my opinion and experience but at the end of the day it is completely your choice on what thing you need to invest your money.
Here are some basic things you should add in your check list (Minimum)
Bandana 2pc.
Underwear 5pc.
Light Weight Rain Coat, Poncho 1pc.
Towel socks 5pc.
Polyester t-shirts 3pc.
Trekking trousers 3pc.
Track Suit 1pc.
Fleece 1pc.
jacket 1pc.
Trekking Boots (Mid-ankle support preferred) 1pc.
Running Shoes for morning PT 1pc.
Torch/ Head lamp with Battery cells 1pc. (iske bina badi dikkat ho jayegi)
Writing Material (Ball Point Pen & Diary) 1set (Padhai mai kaam aayega)
Toilet Requisites (as compact as possible)
Medical & Hygiene (you know it better than me)
Polarized Sun Glasses 1pc. (hava baazi nhi hai sach mai kaam aayega)
Nail Cutter (1pc ralkh lena)
Anti Chap Cream / Sun Block Cream (ameero ke chochle)
Small Lock for locking cupboard in hostel (lelo kisi pe bharosa mat karo)
Gloves (waterproof)
Cap Balaclava (wollen ho toh better hai)
Thermal inner
Passport size photograph
water bottle (500ml-750ml at least)
