Vacation time is coming up for us so I wanted to share my packing process that makes me feel less stressed and organized when I travel! I usually pack a carry on for vacations but because its for an extended period and we already checking in the kids suitcase- I took my Rimowa one.

My travel tip: in a small clear pouch/bag, put essentials that you’d need within reaching distance and place it in the seat pocket in front of you. So for example I put lip balm, face moisturizer/mask, toothbrush and toothpaste, earphones and eye mask for sleeping (and sometimes a pair of socks). That way I won’t need to keep getting out of my seat and reaching for my bag. It’s all in one place too.

Don't forget your sunscreen Val!!! Oh and face mist for the plane!! 🙈 One more trick for the plane rides is to put the night *sleeping mask cream* on the face this way ur skin doesn't dry up from the plane air and they r meant to be used for a long time 😴!! 😺

I could totally relate to you. We went on a 3 weeks vacation over the summer. I packed minimal for myself and my family. I have 2 boys so that’s easy peasy. MY BIGGEST INSPIRATION

My boyfriend was actually annoyed at me for packing a tiny carry-on for myself during our last trip but I was super content and proud of myself. I had outfits for every day planned out, even down to what to wash/dry during the trip to make the most of them. I definitely need to bring more swim suits next time though, three are not enough. For tips, it's probably not necessary to all but I always bring along my mini aroma diffuser and a small decant of essential oil, to help with clearing the air in the hotel rooms and for better easier sleep at night. This is a favorite of my boyfriend; by day two, he requested to have it on most of the time we spent indoor. I also bring coconut oil for my hair as salt water, clorine water and the sun, and the sand tend to rough it up a lot.

Valeria word of advice about the bahamas, last year my friends and I stayed at the Atlantis and after seeing that there was not alot of healthy choices went to the supermarket and everything was really really expensive because unfortunately they import alot of their foods from the states. Enjoy your vacay :)

I take powdered moringa and organic cold pressed coconut oil with me everywhere! hahahaha because these 2 things are so potent with health benefits. I also take solid shampoo and conditioner from LUSH. Go solids - I feel like shampoo always leaks. Anddd also, please please make a video about digestion and those digestive enzyme tablets you mentioned. I know gut health is super important but I dont know where to start. And I am constantly traveling so i'll be curious to know how to manage on-the-go. Thank you
