One of my favorites is actually Trader Joes Eucalyptus line, so cleansing and makes my hair so shiny 🙂 a brand I love that is available online is Truly Organic!

Actually I bought reusable containers that are also flight approved when I went on a spontaneous vacation at the beach side and carrying the whole body&hair stuff wasn't realistic for minimum packing. Life saver.

Silicones are not bad for you or your hair. Just because something has "chemicals" doesnt mean it's bad or just because something is "natural" doesnt mean its better

@@Lucia-be4wb Silicones build up on your hair because they aren't water soluble, meaning they don't wash out of you hair unless you use harsh shampoos that strip your scalp and hair of natural oils, making it look frizzy and tangled much faster, thus defeating the purpose of a "conditioner" sooo sorry but that's not what I in my hair product but to each their own I guess ;)

I recently learned that you shouldn't do skincare while on the plane! You're supposed to lock in moisture BEFORE the flight and then take care of your skin right after landing. Doing skincare on the plane apparently has the same effect on your skin as licking your lips.

Zehra Zelic I used Pantene as a kid and it totally destroyed my scalp, hair and back. I had the worst dry, frizzy and unmanageable hair, itchy scalp and back acne. Since I stopped using Pantene, it has all gone away.

My interest in your content derived from your knowledge as a holistic nutritionist and the values that are aligned with that.i have always appreciated your authenticity and your natural approach as well as how you continue to evolve. I am a business woman and I understand that you are running a business however, because you are a content creator online with thousands of teenagers following you, they are impressionable and what you post should coincide with the ideals of how you built your business. Your followers from Day 1, including myself were extatic to see someone online promoting what was good for people. As you have already seen in some of the comments, Pantene is not cruelty free and their products are bad for your hair. Many other companies also don't align with my values such as NARS (they don't allow animal testing in the states but do in China) therefore I can no longer support them. Promoting yourself as a holistic nutritionist, which you are, and building followers based on those philosophies and sticking to those principles will be a great way to have a positive impact on our youth. Most of her subscribers are young girls though. Holistic stuff is great and all but its also expensive and there's no point trying to promote products that the majority of your audience can't afford. I'm certain lots of people use Pantene because its what they can afford. She has mentioned Brogieo on her channel before, but its like £30 for a small bottle, there's no way I could afford that. I'd love to be holistic but with my modest paycheque it isn't realistic and I imagine a lot of the girls here feel the same way. We have to live within our means.

beauty influencers: just accept yourself and let go of the idea of "perfect". Imperfection ist perfect also beauty influencers: make sure to get a manicure & pedicure before a vacation bc chipped nails are an absolute no go, also remove every hair on your body and make sure to already be tan before you go on vacay. you should probably also get lash extansions to be naturally beautiful at the beach. so basically spent days running from appointment to appointment and spent a lot of money so you can be "effortlessly and naturally beautiful" on your vacation- and be just as stressed out as at home 🙃

I agree. And I would add beauty influencers: accept and love your body. Also beauty influencers: workout like crazy just to have the "perfect" body. I mean, yeah, we know that workout is good for your health, but come one. Valeria is doing a fitness workout, a pilates workout and a hip-hop workout. Isn't that a little too much? I know she's a model and it's her job to look pretty and in a good shape but she gave birth like 4 moths ago. No need to put such a pressure on your body.

You never know, Valeria could be a really energetic person and working out that much may help her get energy out in order to sleep better at night. Or maybe it just makes her feel satisfied with herself. People should do what makes them happy and if doing those things makes her happy, I don't see any problem. In the video, she never says that you HAVE to do those things in order to be pretty or have a good time on your vacation. She's just giving suggestions about the things that SHE does, since so many people asked.

@Starry Skies I agree, but being a working mom with 2 little kids and a baby could be pretty tough for anyone. I think that working, taking care of 3 kids and doing 3 types of workout puts too much stress on the body and on the mind. There's literally no time for rest and one's always on the run thinking how this or that should be done. That's not healthy and I'm saying this as a psychology student. I really like Valeria, I do enjoy watching her videos but I do not accept everything she does. But that's just my opinion. If she's okay with this schedule and this type of lifestyle, it's her choice.

Valeria, please don't feel demonized by all of these people criticizing you for using Pantene. I understand that the conditions they put animals through is unfair and crappy, but 'natural' and 'cruelty free' products aren't the most perfect things in the world either. There are plenty of ways natural companies can use vague\false marketing and other lies to make people believe they are receiving a product produced a certain way while that isn't always the case. Just because something has a 'natural' or 'cruelty free' label smacked onto it doesn't automatically make the company that produces it a saint. It is honestly your choice if you want to go the distance to find a genuine company that cares about its consumers and animals However, I think it isn't the end of the world if you use a product that works wonderfully on your hair that isn't cruelty free. Hope this helps :) Edit: Reading through more comments and I see a common theme, so I'd like to address it with this little saying- build people up instead of breaking them down. So many people are breaking Valeria down for one inconsistency. How about we build her up by congratulating her on her fitness journey for example, or appreciating the fact that she uses natural and clean products on a daily basis instead of criticizing her for one misstep.

I really use these products, yes sometimes when need a little wake up to our hair, instead of these heat tools, so we want our hair to be shiney and beautiful, yes i know we can do this naturally with alot of great oils that make more benefit even, but it needs alot of time and effort, so whrn we are travelling we won't think of that i'm sorry but i'm telling the truth, but i don't use pantene, and it's the second time i see pantene in her videos and i was so shocked, not because it's not a natural product no, i use non-natural products but it's great and really makes my hair look better, grow faster, without burning it, but pantene is soooo bad in our country *Egypt* but i don't know guys how is it in your country ?
