I started doing this in 2019, and I am still going after five years non-stop!!! Don't think for a second that your survival will be guaranteed with a bag of practically nothing. You better put some effort into this

Don't forget the matches. I would say a lighter is a better option, or to bring both. Expired meds still work, just less well. Good tips.

The thing is that the pharmacy won’t give you two extra prescription medication. Where do you get it from?

There are multiple sources where you can get extra months of prescription and other emergency medication such as antibiotics, I use Jase medical, I got 1 year or my wife's medication, they need to verify you but is a simple enough process, I paid like 90 dlls but most of that is to pay for the appointment with a doctor online that will authorize that, and the medication gets sent to your house. There are other similar services like duration health so do your own research.
