This was a super fun day out with Isaac Kesterke and Chase Yach. I talk about the differences between a 146 track and a 155 track and explain which one is better for what situations.
Thanks for watching!

Nice to see the breakdown between these 2 sleds that you did. That Muskoka kid tho, he has definitley shown us these past couple of years what a 146 NA Doo can do (when in qualified hands). This past winter saw him putting that 146 against a 165 Boost being ridden by that Dawson kid. Very compatible riders.

Good video. The summary at the end was really the essence of it. Deeper and steeper means more and more track is wanted. It's also important to mention rider weight. Ladies and teens down closer to 125 pounds don't need nearly the same level of flotation as the big 200 pound dudes.

It’s nice to see the different riding styles between Caleb and Chase. Caleb seems to muscle the sled where he wants it and Chase let’s the sled do the work and reacts to the sled more. Both get the job done in style just an observation I made while watching.

That’s the difference between Chase training cardio all summer and me hitting the weights hard 😅😅 Different riding styles is part of what makes this sport so unique. I love seeing guys that are masters of finesse and guys that manhandle sleds like there’s no tomorrow

Epic. Two questions! What length track was the Arctic Cat? And is it hard to change out skid/track (on the matrix)? I want both options but can't afford two sleds :P
@CalebKesterke

The Arctic Cat is a 146. It's very easy to swap skids and tracks on a matryx. Easiest sled out there to do it on

@@CalebKesterke Only ride 10 days a year. Not good enough rider for those maneuvers yet. Went from 163 pro to 165 alpha and plan to go back to Polaris or a catalyst. How how does a 165 Khaos compare to a 155 pro for transfer? Defiantly like the transfer of the alpha
@CalebKesterke
@CalebKesterke Жыл бұрын
@@kuervers03 Even with the exact same amount of ski lift they will have a different feel when they transfer due to the length. But you can make a 165 Khaos more playful than a 155 pro depending on shock setup
