Grated carrot is underrated IMHO! I love it on pizza. Used to be standard in the salads of my 1970s childhood. Dead cheap too compared to some other veg.

Mashed potatoes and veg is one of those things where first seeing it I was like...."I'm allowed to do that???" I think it's drilled into me that I should always be having protein with dinner or I'm doing veganism wrong, but I get it in plenty of other areas! Mashed potatoes and veg (cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, onion and broccoli is my go-to combo now) with bisto gravy has become a new fave comfort meal. Can't go wrong.

Just had a Pret VLT sandwich. Oh my goodness, it was totally delicious! Roasted mushrooms replace the bacon, so may not be your cup of tea, Jason, but Paul and many others might like it.

As always guys, a fab plethora of yummy meals and some meal ideas for me. Just want to say that you gentlemen are the reason why I returned to veganism. I've been vegetarian for 39 years but 8 of those yrs I was vegan. Got pregnant and craved cheese by the bucket load so went back to being Vegetarian. I watched a few of your videos & you said a few things Paul in one of your videos which hit home. So with a joyful heart I have returned to the only ethical way to eat there is. I am vegan again and it's down to you Paul & Jason. THANK YOU ❤

The broccoli soup with fancy cheese and chips look tasty as… the burgers incredible looking choices. Curry, love curry so much. Oh my, again with veggies with gravy, comfort food at its best IMO. What a great finish of your food week with the pasta dish. BTW i only ever seen your garlic bread like that on your channel, looks scrumptious.
