I had a dog for years her name was Shadow. The amazing thing she knew whenever I was in great pain even without me moaning and groaning and would try to comfort me the most on those days. Such loyalty and concern for us is something I hear often from dog and cat owners too. If people were like this the world wouldn't be like it is today.

So glad to see someone posting his pups wake up calls. I sure wish I had but we didn't have the technology as today. Had 3 different huskies beginning when they were rare in the late 50's. Such gentle, respectful and quiet pups that is until the full moons with the sudden howlings and trying to stop so as not to disturb the neighborhood with that haunting sound.
