Just spent a week in Thornton le Dale fortunate to meet Derek briefly loved looking round the Auction cars, saw several I would love to own if only I had room back here in Cambridgshire. My favourite meal matches Derek’s along with so many other of his thoughts but I guess that’s down to being a similar age. Keep up the good work ( I have even got the wife watching Bangers and Cash since we have been back home ) that’s something I never thought would happen

That was brilliant to watch as all of them have been. I totally agree with Derek about Northumberland, I'm a bit biased though as I live there 😅. The question of which 3 people you would have for dinner has been an emotional one for all of you. 😊

What a lovely q & a, I really get the 3 people for dinner question, I’ve just lost my 99yr old father in law, in 2018 I lost my wife, his only daughter and in 1996 my mother in law passed, so that’s who I’d love to sit down with again 😢

This is brilliant, totally agree about 'certain' members of the public to deal with, I work in a different field (Mortgages) but I guess it's the same - 99% are golden, but you can't get away from the 1% of numpties :) That dinner party answer got me too, lost my M&D in the last two years, would give anything just for another 5 minutes. Love what you guys do.

Towards the end of the video could someone tell me what model Jaguar xk that is ,is it xk 120 ?

Difficult to be absolutely certain, but I think it is an XK150, possibly a 140, but looks as if it has the wider grill which would make it a 150. Also looks as if it has a one-piece windscreen which makes it a 150.
