@amun raset point of correction Igbo it's not a tribe, Igbo it's black, brown, white name it all prime is the gene, again the whole world it's Igboland East North South west, point of correction the so called colonisers that separated themselves from us in the past are the ones that created And started slavery not the innocents ouwarrians>Africans or the Igbos, our history it's deeper than you think, you are brainwashed with lies from the colonists that feeded you With lies, so have a great day.

@amun raset the truth of our ancestors is as noble as the Truth, what I review to you now it's never review to the world, what you see right now it's our original authentic Igbo original real history different from the ones you have been feeded in this earth, Igbo history as stages, the one I spearheaded it's different from the ones bastardised Igbo dialects history influence by the Colonialists same with the tribe modern tribes history in across ouwarre now Africa and also in across this earth now good.

What exactly does this statement mean? Black people are different peoples one's history isnt another's history. In all honesty I think this channel actually showcases this fact more than any other channel on youtube. The notion of "us as a people" should actually be scrutinized a bit. Because we (if you mean Black people) have never been "a people".

they didnt please stop the erasure. its like how colonizers thought Africans were to primal to create beautiful metal work so they claimed it European. we didn't need Africans to create our art, culture, religions, structures or gastronomy. just how Nubians didn't need us to teach them to build pyramids or the use of plants native to them or how to create their own language. we have the oldest mummy that was preserved excellently and many still look very much they only been preserved in a far better way because they still look like they did in life.... again does not mean we taught Egyptian or their Nubian counterparts anything.

Thank you for your great work but I will advice you to revert to Afrocentricity where the African is the subject of historical analysis and not an object being acted upon . For example, The Mayan people will never say " what was our ancestors doing during Mali empire " ? that's to overlook their own achievements or seek relevance through other cultures. Stop this series of making Africans objects!. Just talk about prehistoric Africa, classical Africa, imperial, Africa, colonial Africa, post colonial Africa and its relationship with the rest of the world. Simple

It’s getting annoying how you tell our history based on what others were doing at the time. We don’t care what the Mayans or anyone else was up to, we were minding our business, that’s the answer every time…

I disagree with you. I think our history being taught in the context of others is relevant and helps to give a better perspective than just what is often times a monolithic perspective without comparison. I think our temporal connection to Mesoamerica as well as IndoAsia are both great parallels to help us better understand what was happening concurrently during our own evolution. Regardless, we should definitely keep supporting this brother for his tireless efforts which most of us can’t even begin to posit. One proud Black man’s respectful opinion.

First off most of his videos don’t do this. I for one am interested. And he does this, to often help the audience have a better comprehension of time periods, and the fact that no matter what was happening in the world things in Africa we’re moving.

@@oilcubebottle6389 Yes I figured and that’s fair enough but it would also make sense to just give a date and go from there. It is so tiring to have our every move compare to what xyz was doing as if our history is lesser than foreigners.
