When there are arctic temperatures involved and it absolutely has to work, you don’t install anything aftermarket. If you install anything on a diesel that has the name Demon, Momba, Extreme, written in pretty colors, you did something wrong and will regret it when is minus 60.

My F150 came from Alaska originally. I bought it used with about 75000 miles. I've had to replace the transfer case and the engine. Learned a valuable lesson about buying a truck with a sketchy history and clearly the assholes that had it before me didn't replace the oil. Flushed the rest of the fluids but I worry about wear and tear. Hope it holds up for a while. 2014!

Different Strokes is the ONLY game in town (actually the state) for Powerstrokes. They took such good care of my '97 until I sold it (wish I had kept it) and traded up to the 2013 F450 I bought used in 2014. Then Different Strokes kept that F450 (another great Powerstroke) in top running condition for the next 6 years .... Such great people and always available if I had an emergency. Don't have a Ford anymore (much to my regret) but so glad to see Different Strokes, the shop Ron started back in late '90's still taking care of business.
