In this case the gas they're referring to is natural gas used for heating and cooking. This is surprising to me, because when I lived in New York heating oil was the most common fuel for heating homes.

I thought the Dylan version was decent haha. I’m not the biggest fan but his song Hurricane, is one you should know as a sports fan. It’s about “Hurricane” Carter a champion black boxer who was wrongfully convicted of crimes I don’t think I can write about on KZbin!

You're right. Season 4 is the worst one imo. It picks back up again in 5 though.
