Digitized from the 2018 re-release of the 1981 EP “What We Do Is Secret” for entertainment purposes. I do not own these songs.

Darby is a shamefully underappreciated genius. He could have been a generation's poet. And a dangerous leader.

Love these guys! Ever since I heard Lexicon Devil in GTA I've been obsessed. There's not a whole lot of content out from their music, so I love stumbling across gems like this.

☆Mikey from No/Fx had some og Venice dudes on his podcast...they claimed Mike Muir was the responsible party from "Huntington Beach." That he did get punched back and theres a newspaper clipping out there taken from that gig. Muir has a bloody nose in the pic...true or not? Still a interesting piece of urbane legend... Thanx for the post! My tunnel is the jam, and the ending is hauntingly beautiful.☆

@eaglebauersrecordcollection2 жыл бұрын
Hey Mike. The original ‘81 release of this EP is uncommon, I wouldn’t say super rare. You can find really good copies of it for 80-100 bucks…the original ‘78 Lexicon Devil single is far more rare and a holy grail item. If you’ve got one of the original copies of this EP I’d say hang onto it though! It’s not something you’ll find every day and probably won’t see in a record store.
