You are such a good Mama :) As a dietitian I have one tip for you though: I would avoid telling your kids certain foods are healthy, clean, unhealthy etc., don't label them bad or good. This helps them have a healthy relationship with food later on ;) I wish you the best!

I learned that it is good to have whole milk because the fat from the milk is healthy so no need to change to 1% or 2% fat. If you have high colesterol limit fry food and use better oils real olive oil or avocado oil chosen food and primal are good brand. Process food have more colesterol than eggs. I like to bake meat to avoid fried food.

For the coffee, good 'ol sugar and milk is a winner in my books. If you look at the expensive creamer, that's basically what it is anyway except it just uses heavy cream

Thank you for the video! You should try a coconut sugar (paleo sweetener) for your coffee (doesn’t taste like coconut , it’s made from the blossom of the coconut palm) plus regular half and half , unsweetened It actually gives your coffee a bit of a caramel taste and it’s very healthy

Make sure you're reading the vitamin bottle. Some vitamins have you giving 2 gummies once your child is 4 years old. 😊 and I had to do the SAME thing when my daughter started having gummy vitamins, had to remind her only 1 a day 😂

Also, eggs are naturally high in cholesterol, but it's best to limit your processed foods and fats/oils instead because those foods will make your cholesterol shoot up! 1 to 2 eggs a day should not hurt though. 😊

Hey girl!! I’m a creamer girl but so many are full of junk. I started to make my own cream! I just get organic half and half and add pure maple syrup to it, I get both from Costco. And if you want to add a touch of vanilla you can add a little of pure vanilla extract.

So they dont have snacks in the morning? I still do breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, diner and bedtime snack. Sometimes we do 3 meals and 2 snacks. Every child is different but my 4yr old follow the 2-3hrs gap between meal/snack.

Ditto on those damn eggs girl ! Yikes 😱 When I found out the true TEA on eggs I RAN TO TO THE GROCERY STORE! I shop at ALBERTSONS ,here in Thousand Oaks , CA ( Ventura county ; neighboring county is Los Angeles county) …and they cost me $6.99 reg price and on sale they go down to about $4.99 which isn’t too bad but DANG!!! In comparison to all the other eggs that are always cheap AF it’s like ughhh! And one last thing girl! U night hate me for this ,but Lately , strawberries 🍓 are $1.88 per container ( each one is the equivalent to 2 of the smallest packs ) 🤭

I like your videos but it is very outdated to be drinking cow’s milk when there are so many plant based options that don’t contribute to the suffering of innocent animals. You should research the dairy industry, it is horrific. Especially as a mother it would show you why a simple change would really make a big difference
