Cynthia a cooking spray, like generic canola spray or olive oil spray will prevent your eggs from browning and sticking to the pan therefore causing loss of product. They will taste better too. Your eggs will smoothly come out of the pan with nothing stuck on. Also makes it easier for cleaning up, nothing to scrape or scrub off.

Lacey, I would love to know what your plans are since your done with HS? I remember prior to Covid you discussed traveling and helping people but with Covid you can't do that. I am just curious what your plans are? Also what opportunities are in your community? Is there a community college, lots of job choices? I was lucky to go to community college for free and worked part time. Looking back I think taking year off is amazing.. I wish I did the Disney college program I know your future is bright and amazing because your a talented, smart, loving, funny, hardworking and dedicated person!

I love grilled cheese with tomato soup. My regular grilled cheese is of course American cheese on bread cooked in the skillet. But, if I’m feeling fancy... I do Gouda, Brie and mozzarella together with cayenne pepper and a little basil sprinkled onto the cheese before putting the sandwich together and in the skillet. Total game changer! Lol.

When you make your scrambled eggs instead of butter put a little olive oil just a little and swirl in the pan, heat bit up , scramble the eggs in a bowl and add to the pan. This makes the eggs more fluffy and creamy. Lacey try popcorn with your tomato soup sprinkle on top and add more as you go so it doesn’t get all soggy. It’s the crunch that I like.

also- you can get veg options at every fast food restaurant! Taco bell- sub out meat for beans, guac, roasted potatoes, etc. Carl's Jr/Hardees- they have a Beyond Burger (veg) Del Taco- they have Beyond meat crumbles (veg) KFC- many locations now have Beyond meat chicken (veg) Burger King- they have the Impossible burger (veg) Those are just a few off the top of my head!

So happy to hear that you’re a vegetarian Lacey! I am too and I also been vegan for several years ☺️🍌. Just make sure that you eat all the nutrisions that is required and you’re going to love it! There is so much benefits and it’s good for your health as long as you get everthing your body needs which is totally possible to do vegetarian. If you’re not sure if you get enough of all the vitamins or if you want to eat a bit more of what you want i would reccommend a diatery supplement for vegetarians 😃. I do also get my protein from meat substitute. I think it’s the easiest way but I know many people like to eat beans and lentils instead. Hope there is a big range where you live 😊🥬. Love you guys 😘
