Enjoyed that we had the intent to keep it on the floor, and trust collyer and even casemiro at times to keep it circulating. The vetically is fine when we mix it in, which we did, and some of the vertical plays actually looked rehearsed, which is good. 4-4-2 OOP was nice, but feel like the press still just relies on the front 2 just running at their opponents rather then waiting for proper triggers. Collyer looks promising, both rangers and rosenberg were decent games. Might save us a bit of cash in the long run.

Maxi Oyedele over Collyer. I've making noise about him since last season, I felt he was the best academy player to come in for the underperforming Casemiro if we hadn't already loaned him out. In this game, he proved again why he is ready. What a pass for the second goal.

@@oddman2435because he was making a mistake playing one CDM In Holland, the intensity is not as high and so he could play one CDM in a 4-3-3 but in England the intensity and running capacity of opponents found us out last season and so our midfield got ripped apart a lot. I think this season we’re gonna move to a 2 deep playing midfielder and Bruno playing proper SS
