I think Pedro Acosta bloody fortune is a great rider and will definitely be a front runner next year I just hope he doesn’t bankrupt the KTM team in the process 😳

Next year championship will be between MM, Pecco, Acosta.. And small part of my heart says if yamaha can make a jump, FQ will be there fighting for 4th againts martin, binder, vinales, rins. The honda will fight againts the satelite team for top 10

If I’m MotoGP and Liberty Media I am hoping Fabio Martin and Pecco three young world champion can be competitive on three different Brands… Yamaha Ducati and Aprilla

I'll be curious to see how well the GP25 is compared to the GP24. Alex at the top of charts is interesting. We saw a similar evolution where the GP22 was winning races ahead the GP23. The GP23 is clearly a great bike compared to the rest of the grid, but the drop off from the satellite teams makes you think Ducati probably made some missteps. Will they do the same with the GP25 and will we see the strong satellite results from the guys on the GP24?

As far as i know, they did make a misstep on GP23, hence why they said GP24 is more of an evolution from GP22 than it is from GP23

I think we will not see the GP25 until mid season, because Ducati won’t need it. They will win most of the races with the GP24,5

@@carlosmoreno2114 Have you read what Marc said he spent a lot of time on the 2025 at the test! Ducati have said they don’t bring out a new bike anymore they just improve the bike they have in small steps Marc said the 2025 was so much easier to ride than the 2024, different chassis

Can't say I saw the same, KTM looked like they have made a step with their new bike, hard to say with Yamaha. The Aprillia's rear end looked very loose on the power and unstable on the brakes, it has a good front end but that is less important. As Ducati has shown it's all about being able to get all that power down which is about the rear end being squatted with the best lowering device on the grid, which they made a big jump half way through the season which showed with their rocket ship starts. It looked like Marc wasn't pushing but he looked very comfortable on both the 24 and 25 bike. Ducati also didn't do any practice starts so they are keeping something up their sleeves

Front end stability & grip is very very important for Martins ridding style both on the DUC & now on the APRILIA...tim will tell but I feel confident Jorge will be fighting all 2025 for the title

@arqueologiasobre2ruedas I do hope so but you have to remember how long Ducati has been dominant for now, and what riders like and what's faster can be two different things

Ducati did do their practice starts. But they did them from the end of pit lane at the very end of test, likely as to avoid people been able to get any footage of it and less eyes and cameras around. Clever and definitely shows they have something new.

@jfoz7602 yep I noticed that after, grip will be much lower in the pit lane as well so definitely didn't want to give anything away

i think the big test are gunna be the ones at Shakedown Test: 31st January - 2nd February ( test rider and new riders ) - Sepang Test: 5th February - 7th February where everyone is gunna be at in how fast they are and can they bring it too ducati gp24 & gp25 .. this test was just new riders on new bikes and new teams

@@CrashMotoGP ive watch motogp for years so forr me id say in order for the test i know which is early too but ducati is a most KTM next with there new rider line up with some vary strong riders. Aprilia next with 3 new riders and 89 taking the lead will see how they can do . yamaha next but from prima for me that a unknow for me for the rider that have always been on v4 bikes but will see on that and then OMG honda tehy need to sort that bike out and fast !!

Great info guys. As for overall times at a test, to me they mean nothing. The test before racing starts will be when they will all have their good parts on, and fire some sticky rubber at it.

While Martin could take a leadership role, whatever that is, he's not a technical rider. So it's very much going to be on his crew chief and engineers learning to interpret his feedback. It's going to be fun to watch either way.

KTM's parent company is supposed to be in massive financial trouble, if I am not wrong they have already exceeded Euro 1.5 billion in debt with major layoffs on the way. I wonder whether that will affect their involvement in motorsports?

They have already addressed this and said it will not and the budget is there for the racing program Although I’m fairly sure they are pulling out of all the lower classes with Husqvarna and out of moto2 with CF moto and gas gas All brands KTM purchased and supposedly over stretched themself as motorcycle markets have slowed down for them

Hi guys I really enjoyed the way you all explained paying attention to detail of all the main data to take out from this 1 day testing. Also Just wanted to let you know I also have a Youtoube Channel called arqueologiasobre2ruedas (Ive got 2 vids so far in English which are part 1 & Part 2 interview to profesional German motorbiker Sabine Holbrook) , she is amazing), the same account from where im writing to you now this comment. I do think that Martin is going to be fighting for 2025 Championship since day 1 & that Honda giving the economic crisis in KTM should try to get Acosta out from there an into HRC factory Team kicking out Marini. Finalising engine spec and freezing any updates with limited testing is beyond lame. Finalising the engine 5 races into a 20 race Championship makes way more sense .

Martín si the next Joan Mir. Things are Harder outside Ducati, just look at Martin and Bezzecchi struggling on Heavy breaking. Martin doesn’t know how to develop a bike, that’s why he is not in Lenovo Ducati.
