28:58 I disagree that Taylor has a lack of energy on 1989TV. The actual difference is just that her voice has developed in both sound and technique that she sings better than the original era. The 2014 album, her voice isn’t as well developed and trained so the “energy” that she had is actually her straining her voice to hit the notes whereas now it is more comfortable for her that she doesn’t have to ruin her voice for the song.

I feel like 1989 doesn’t have missing energy but it definitely has a different vibe. I feel like this is because she grew up but also the producers are different and she’s a different person. It’s kinda the same like Speak now Taylor’s version, because the grudge of speak now is missing but it’s because it’s a re-recorded album and she’s not pissed off. Some things about taylor "being a billionare" 1. that's just the net worth based off tour profits (she doesn't actually have that much $$) 2. She gave sooo many of her employees bonuses (the total bonuses added to over $50 Million dollars) and she specifically gave the drivers who did the whole tour $100,00 (which is way higher than they usually get) Also I've been a fan since Debut and i can't pick a fav album, but Debut is just as good imo. Taylor swift's Eras tour movie also helped a lot of theaters out by cutting out the middle man (aka the distributors) and i went and saw it with my sisters i didn't get to take with me to opening night I think the government should be more responsible about this stuff, but it isn't all on taylor to do, and the media does like to paint her that way I think something about debut that stans love is just how emotionally honest it is. I just love her cause her music has always been there for me. And she does care a lot about her fans so i love that too

I mean no hate but the way y'all were talking about Taylors masters situation makes no sense and saying she was lacking energy is valid because when she recorded the original songs the emotions were still fresh and the "Taylors version" happened years after, but using "out of the woods" as an example is crazy cause its easily one of the best rerecorded songs so far. also she isn't "rushing" by not giving us a music video the 1989 era already has 6 music videos (which idk if u have reacted already but I'm looking forward to your reaction of them) so she might not wanna waste time on promoting an era/album that was already heavily promoted in the past. she wants to re release all the music as fast as possible so scooter braun doesn't profit of it because if she wanted she could easily mass promote the album like its a brand new one and it would for sure give her more profit. about the "she already bought her own music" those are rumours haters spread to devalue her honesty because she's releasing the "Taylors versions" to take some value of of the old recordings and *possibly* be finally able to own her old work (she has never mentioned buying her old work but I hope it happens eventually)

I don’t think you realize that Sabrina was literally under disney. 4/5 of those albums she couldn’t really explore herself because her label wouldn’t allow her to explore other sounds to not ruin her “disney” character. Her latest album is literally the first time where shes able to control what shes says and produce the music she wants to make. I would like to say she more original too not copying flows/productions from peers.
