I've figured it out. Huber acts like a 13 year old at a sleepover that's staying up 24 hours. It's hour 22, everyone is so tired but Huber is going crazy with his chaotic energy. All the kids are like stop let us sleep , but Huber drops a chaos bomb and everyone starts laughing.

Karma: The Dark world appears to be a combination of two Bloober Team games: Layers of Fear and Observer. We'll see if they stick the landing on the narrative, but everything described and in the trailer were done by Bloober Team first. Yes, Bloober Team, the studio that everyone hates because they won the Silent Hill 2 Remake contract. And yes, those are both great horror games.
