What went wrong with GeoWizard's Battle Royale game?

In the video, I kept flipping between saying the number between you and person ahead of you was either "the distance away from that person" or "how much closer they are to the correct location than you are". I double checked, and it is definitely the latter. I'm not sure why I corrected myself at 12:15, Njaalen's best guess was truly 13 miles closer than Tom's best guess. We can see on the results screen at the end of the game that Tom was 104 miles from the correct location, and Njaalen's guess was on the opposite side. So when it said (^63 miles), it meant Njaalen's best guess was 63 miles closer than Tom's best guess. 104 - 63 = 41, Njaalen was 41 miles from the true location, and if you check that on a real map that matches up. Sorry for any confusion.

this would be a very popular video if you didn’t try and click bait it this hard and made it just a straight up title and thumbnail without saying secret. i highly doubt people in the geo-guesser community is going to click on a title and thumbnail that has the word secret and the people not into geo-guesser won’t click on this because they don’t care. if you put something like “an important strategy to think about when playing distance battle royal(for geowizard)” or something along those lines i’m sure you would get more views. this was a great video and well put together, well done. i would love to see more videos along these lines but i know putting out videos like this takes a lot of effort. you could also try emailing this to geo wizard. just something to think about.

I actually did email this to Tom, but shortly after he put out a video saying he was getting too many emails to respond to all of them anymore, which is totally understandable. I guess I didn't really capture a lot of people with the title/thumbnail as I'd hoped, but I knew it was going to be a sort of niche video for an audience that doesn't really match my subscriber base. I'm not sure if distance battle is still popular enough for this video to pick up any steam though, but luckily I can always change the title/video to see if something else works better. Not sure if I would go with your suggestion, I think it's a bit too wordy, but mentioning geowizard is a good suggestion
