What will Labor's 2024 budget mean for disabled people?

A year on and we still don't have answers form the government about how the NDIS cuts they announced in last years budget will impact us.
Whatever happens when this years budget drops later today, know I will always use my voice in the Senate to amplify our community's plight.

Thank you so much Jordon you never fail to have our backs. Your voice is strong , genuine and sincere. I will march or ride my scooter in front of parliament if I have to. people with disabilities are not worthless and do not deserve to be a liability in budget. I hope none of them Aquire a disability and have to struggle on DSP as sole income that is not enough to replace supports this slimy labour government has taken from NDIS. Conveniently putting up a smoke screen and focusing on fraud ( which is real but they have known that for far to long and done nothing to prevent it) instead of being honest and admitting they don’t care if we survive let alone thrive. The sad fact is in there eyes we are not equal or worthy. But we know and you know we are. keep up your tireless efforts and know you can be proud of everything you have achieved so far and keep achieving for the disability community 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I don’t know how to thank you you have a very special gift be proud knowing that you have and will help many
