Great information Mr. Gaskins! Another reason that people don’t often consider is that sometimes it’s just not your season to be found. Singleness serves a purpose within itself; there might be some things God may want you to complete or have established before you are married, and that can be another reason why people are not found.

Recently I went to the grocery store, and I was told I’m glowing just from a simple compliment that put a smile on my face. I am also learning we have to stop looking so serious and put a smile on our face. At least a smirk lol. That will allow a man to approach you. Walking upright, wearing an unforgettable scent that’s soft. And not being on your phone or holding your head down. Walk confidently. ❤ and when someone compliments you, always say thank you. Make direct eye contact. And be soft spoken. DO NOT be on the phone with it on speaker or talking loud. A man cannot stand a loud woman. Move graciously. If he compliments you, compliment him. There’s a lot of podcasts for men telling men not to approach women and let the women approach them. They are telling them to work out and get in shape, wear suits, dress and look nice, wear a gold chain, have hair cut and facial hair trimmed, put on cologne, etc, and go to a place that looks like they are accomplished and let the women approach them. I see some men doing this. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been getting approached by men, but I say it’s 50/50 because I also see a lot of men taking this approach of looking nice, staring women down, but not approaching, and waiting for women to approach them. I do not recommend women approach them tho. IJS that’s half of the reason why women aren’t getting approached, and that is a reality currently.
@manuellaarbeit54816 ай бұрын
These podcasts are training men to be manipulators and play mind games. Just by the nature of women, a woman should stay in her feminine role and be a lady and a man should stay in his masculine role and be a gentleman. I let them do the chase but I am polite and considerate when I talk to them.

I think my problem might be my location..I live in a very small country town where people are not really used to seeing people dress very fashionable and well-kept up and so I think a lot of men can be intimidated by my look . I have always kept myself up with my hair & makeup and the way I dress and though I do get a ton of compliments from women (and I notice mostly White women or other non -Black race) Men usually just stare and look like they have seen a ghost or are too scared to speak clearly. The men that usually do approach me are men that I do not find attractive at all or are way too old like around my father's age or too young like 18-23ish and i'm 35 with a Babyface smh lol The men I do find attractive and are more of my type are usually taken or married already and I go out alot but most will just stare or if they do approach it doesn't really go anywhere past friendly conversation. I have been told I look too much out their league and they wouldn't think someone who looks like me would even be interested in them or they stay assuming I'm from a bigger city. So idk maybe I need to relocate to a bigger city where men are more accustomed to seeing attractive women and are more confident 🤷
@evansjustin24596 ай бұрын
Try showing interest in them. I'm not talking about approach (even though there is nothing wrong with that, and I bet you'd have better success), but at least make it somewhat obvious that you'd like him to approach. Give them a simple "hello how are you". Hell, even a smile with eye contact is all a lot of men need. Ps. However, as someone who is also from a small town, I feel you on wanting to relocate.

Some of the men that approach, I really wish they would not. Some are not properly groomed and few of them had an odor, others do not care about their overall appearance or health. One looks like he has some mental issue, I ignored him when he tried to approach. I am usually on my way to or from work. I am well groomed, wear my hair in an interloced style, that is well kept and wears the latest fashions. I am hoping if I continue to ignore the wrong men, they will stop approaching. I live in a city where it is much easier to commute to and from work by train and that is where I get approached the most. I guess I need to start driving to and from work to eliminate from being approached by the men that I am not attracted to. If there is something I am doing to attract that type of attention, I am hoping to figure it out, so that I can change that to attract the men that I am interested in, the ones that are well groomed and take pride in their appearance and are also gainfully employed.

I don’t think they’re cute on women either. I think in one of his videos he said they look masculine

Mr Gaskins, enjoy your coaching! Great subject. Since you are talking about what men like outwardly to attract. Hair seems to be one of the attributes of a woman. I've always worn my hair natural, short or with length. I discovered that wearing short hair styles is what I prefer because working in fast-paced environments; healthcare there are policies in place and is hard to keep a well groomed look daily due to not having a certain texture of hair naturally, a mini fro for example and it is less maintenance for the most part and affordable. Personally, I wear the accessories to accentuate to keep it feminine, and it has always been attractive to me. However, now, with the way the world is my male friends have said that women who wear their hair in short natural styles are questionable due to lesbianism. My ancestry results show a high percentage of Nigerian, maybe its the reason I desire the look of natural, plus I've learned it is not healthy to put relaxers continuously causing hair loss, cancer...thats another story. Judgment by men is overly superficial they don't like black women naturally it seems vs straighten as a majority, I think. Maybe I'm overthinking this one 😂. Thank you for your input, if any.
