How did I miss this video? This was food for my soul and it shows that I'm in alignment with your messages. Lisa, I am a true believer in practicing gratitude and gratefulness daily. I started a 12 minute guided gratitude meditation (on YT) in April 2021. I meditated daily for 59 consecutive days and have continued with this practice almost daily since 2021 and I haven't been the same human being since. Living life in consistent gratitude changed my life. God has blessed me in so many ways and God has performed miracles in my life since I started my daily gratitude meditation practice. Real life experience. Thank you for sharing this insightful episode. 💚💚

Wow .. now this is something. I just had on REPEAT for about 2 hours while I’m working, Bishop Hezekiah Walker’s song “Grateful”. I WOKE UP with a heart of gratefulness & as soon as I got on the bus to head to work, I went straight to that song up until now. I go to KZbin .. and here .. Ms Lisa’s video from 5 months ago pops up in my KZbin feed. I believe God wants me to know that he’s listening to.. and he’s smiling ☺️.

Prompting myself to focus on Gratitude has definitely been what's kept me sane in my current season of chaos & unrest! I’m working on being grateful for what I have in my life I’ve gone through some rough things in my life a really hard breakup. but it’s almost been a year, I’m in such a better space with this person and focusing my energy more on my faith, family & career.
