Whilst in that form he nearly obliterated the entirety of Universe 7 which itself is composed of multiple universal sized constructs, some of which exist in a higher dimension(the afterlife for example), and may even be infinite in size each. He only gets stronger the more he trains and fights foes on or even above his level. He scales above the likes of Infinite Zamasu who merged his soul with the entire future timeline’s multiverse and was actually starting to affect alternate timelines
