Hi Jack great video as usual, The correct screw driver for all of that type of screw connection is called " plus/minus bit " available in sizes 1/2/3. The other type of bit is the square type called a "Robinson bit" available again in size 1/2/3. I'm think most terminals are like this from switches, breakers and larger mains terminals.

Why Thankyou good sir never ever heard of Robinson bit in my life 😂

You want to cut away all that exposed foil for the data shielding, a little heat shrink can make sure no exposed metal can come into contact with anything it shouldn't

To add to that RS485 is similar but different to RS232. 485 allows multiple devices well 232 is device-device single connection. And there's a handful of Electrical signaling and Protection differences.

Hello, Jack. Sorry you had such high heat for this pig of a job. I feel for you. It's very hot here in the states right now, too. The humidity in the mid-west is just awful. It's good to see your lad, James. It's funny to watch him sneaking into frame. He'll have a KZbin channel soon. You mark my words (lol).

it's ok if the run is short enough, and not going through anywhere that gets hot (lofts), you will waste an extra 2W/m or so when charging in heat vs 6.00mm, problem not worth worrying about.
