Thanks for the information I have a few questions 1. Is there a requirement in the H1B process that the field I had my bachelors in(agric), must be the same field my employment should be in? 2. Do I need to evaluate my transcript? 3. What are some of the relevant documents needed to submit to get an approval 4. What are the chances of getting an approval? 5. How much is the government fees? 6. How long will it take to get a response from uscis for an approval??
