The first 25 seconds describe what he did in Brooklyn. As a nets fan. I wanted him off the team well before the trade. Enough was enough of his antics. You tell this to Philly fans and they call you delusional because of his skill level. Look, Harden is great when happy otherwise he's a team cancer. Yelling at teammates during games over petty occurrences, he did roll his eyes often and I consider him as conductor of the losing streak. 1st he blamed refs on why he couldn't score, then it became team this, team that to the point he distanced himself. He's hard to give respect too. It's a lot more details to this Brooklyn saga

All these people who have ragged on him for playing the mental health card may just end up looking like complete pieces of shit on their way to eating crow ...
@yohaha2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the 76ers locker room could be an issue. Having said that, before all these stories came out, there was also a report on how James Harden was really locked in to the Nets in his first year there. He was making connections and building rapport with all players and staff of the team, and we all remember how James Harden was playing at MVP level when he first showed up for the Nets. It would be up to 76ers to ensure they get the "Good James". On a side note for the Nets, now I am more sure that Bum Simmons is in trouble there, since it's not KD wanting Simmons to join but he was more just wanting to get rid of Harden. The first minute Simmons lose a critical game in the playoffs due to him missing free throws or just sitting around like a bum in offence, KD would chew him out. For Nets, their biggest win is getting Seph Curry. Unlike Joe Harris who forgot how to shoot in the playoffs, Seph has shown time and time again how he stepped up his game in critical game and the spotlights are on. It could very well end up the biggest value Nets got from the trade is Curry and not Simmons

and Drummond. First 2 games and you can see how valuable they're going to be, already keys to any success the Nets will find. I think Ben working out over time will be a secondary benefit unlike Harden working for Philly and I'm hoping that will actually take pressure off Simmons though, all the things Philly were asking him to do and he couldn't, Nets don't need him to do. Nets specifically benefit from him driving and dishing to Patty and Seph and he's not going to run into another big player in the paint like Embid.
@yohaha2 жыл бұрын
@@Bobsyagod Yup Drummond is good, but he is only on a one year contract, and I am pretty sure he will have other teams wanting him and he would likely go to whoever gives him the biggest bag... so potentially you only have Drummond until end of this season, which sucks but very good for Drummond to show what he can do. As for Simmons, the problem is the post-season. We have seen time and time again how Simmons melted down and struggled offensively, and then also affected his defensive effectiveness. In the best case you hope Simmons can just play his role and do well, but he is just that type of dude who is scared of being clowned and afraid of the spotlight.... hence those meltdowns. If I am making a bet today I am going for a Simmons meltdown than a decent performance of him in the post-season.

I agree The Philadelphia 76ers have a lot of potential to see their season go south coming out of this trade. They gave up a lot of assets, and James Harden couldn't even hustle enough to file his "opt in paperwork" for next season in time to make it count. That's a bad sign and a bad omen for Harden's fourth go around. But I'm not such a negative Nancy when it comes to judging the Nets. For starters, Brooklyn put their 11-game losing streak to bed, with a MONSTER 24-point win over the Sacramento Kings. Neither Durant, nor Kyrie nor even Joe Harris played in this game. Instead, it was Bruce Brown and new additions Seth Curry and Andre Drummond who dominated the Kings. And no, it wasn't a one hit wonder, as they carried the momentum to a second consecutive victory over the Knicks. Imagine how good this team can once everyone is healthy. In fact, they only have one more home game before they rejoin Kyrie on the road. This team is good, but it's about to be special. And by special I mean, potentially, everyone's going to be laughing when they realize how much BETTER of a fit than the Nets' Big Three ever was. You heard it here, first. 💁🏻♂️🏀

Harden is chasing a ring. His pairing with Paul and with Westbrook were terrible pairings, he, Gordon Capela or Howard and Covington came pretty close off of “Harden Ball” alone I feel he was justified after giving everything to Houston even though they exhausted their resources to keep the window open. It’s up to both the team and the player to make it work harden did everything that could be done for Houston in that window. He found a window too in Brooklyn and didn’t get what he signed up for, no point in being there without a shot at the ring. I would define Ben Simmons behavior as childish more so than James harden, by a long shot too. Ben fits better in Brooklyn than philly yes, but ben is not trying to chase a ring, harden doesn’t owe anything to BKN or HOU and he got what he deserves now.

So I am not surprised that they couldn't work together. Now they have the newly exposed biggest diva in the league (Simmons) instead of Harden. Twice the diva, half the player. RIP Nets. Harden won't get along with Embiid long-term but if Philly is lucky they can get a chip during Harden's honeymoon phase. If they don't win this year or next year, Harden will probably leave the team in 2023 as a free agent (assuming he doesn't leave sooner).

Equating partying and the way Harden acts when he wants a true shot at a ring doesn’t make sense to me. Many players partied late night and won rings, the reports of him being tardy and practicing poorly really aren’t anything compared to what I’ve seen from Ben with my own eyes. Yeah “Harden Ball” was gimmicky and he had some playoff meltdowns but that also can’t even hold a torch to Ben Ball LMAO. Houston’s “Harden Ball D’Antoni” scheme went far at one point, everything was on his shoulders and he left when the window shut. Why waste any time in BKN? He didn’t get the shot at a ring that he signed up for with a barely part-time Kyrie. I’d leave that shit show as well. The reports of harden not acting like a professional while at work are when he is trying to force his way off of a team, in order to get what he wants, a shot at the ring. Maybe he doesn’t want to play Harden ball or with the nets minus kyrie because it just doesn’t provide that. If we’re talking childish and unacceptable it’s the way Ben approaches his craft.

@@JB-qt4hp he also has great court vision and is a great playmaker. Westbrook is garbage and no one wants him whereas teams still want Harden. I never liked Westbrook nor his game whereas Harden is a true star. They aren't even in the same tier. I actually wanted Harden traded a month ago because I think he seemed off but even a declining Harden is still leagues above Westbrook. You can get Ben Simmons plus extras for Harden whereas you can't get John Wall for Westbrook unless you give up a first round pick tells you they aren't on the same level!

mac all that tells us is that the league figured Westbrook out before Harden.

I don't get it. Why would the Nets' locker room blow up? It has only been amazing ever since Harden left.

I am afraid Philly will go sour too around Harden - he is not a winning player in the sense of having the right attitude or game to make his team better. He needs to shift his entire mindset and approach for it to have a chance…here starts the new process…

great content...i promise you the new Collective Bargaining Agreement will address some of James-ish type of behavior...owners aren't trying to enable distressed assets with incentives to paralyze a team's trajectory...

Energy drinks bad for you, highly addictive and bad if you are working out, kills any motivation when you don't have it, find another sponsor.

Totally not true - that may be your experience but I have a completely different experience. If it's not right for you then don't do it.

@@AMHoops alright just going off what I've seen, many people I know and have worked out with refuse to go to the gym without their bang/monster, and it just seems like they can't get the same out of their workouts without it, it may have its place ill give you that maybe after a long day at work or something but like if u have just woke up and are going to the gym you shouldn't need it to get a good workout. Keep up the good content just not big on the drinks and u may be right could just be me.

First off, thank you for posting the source for this video. Most people don’t seem to do that nowadays. Secondly, how on earth does Harden still have fans?

Being a great player, great coach, or great GM aren’t the same thing. Phil Jackson greatest coach ever, horrible gm. Isiah thomas all time great player, horrible GM. Lebron james brilliant basketball IQ, traded for westbrook. Jerry Krause couldn’t play one lick of basketball, won 6 chips. They are all very different skill sets.

He reminds me of one of my little brothers who never actually play sports and pouts anytime hes losing at anything. I understand competitive but Harden got the Clout rap generation mentality where if it ain't easy... it ain't worth it.
