My first agency I put in at , the sheriffs office of my local county and I had a deputy call the major for me because he wasn’t in the office at the time and he said he had my application and planned on giving me a call that was yesterday and I haven’t heard anything back from them since

Hey I’m about to be taking my pt/written. I’ve have 2 jobs now to help get my credit back in good place. I got ran off road in new car which was my way of making money. After that the business I was at went under and my credit tanked. Besides that clean record. Consistent work history and have been watching your videos/ done many ride along and talks with different officers and chiefs. Am I waisting my time and going to get auto rejected because of my 500 credit score?

Credit score can be raised fairly quickly.

What if I forgot to mention an incident that happened a few years ago on the questionnaire but I mentioned it before the polygraph? I ended up passing the polygraph anyways and they talked about it before I took it to see if they’d let me continue to take it anyways, which they decided that I would take it. The detective came in and talked to me after I passed but wasn’t too happy that I forgot about it prior. Can I still be DQ’d if I passed the polygraph anyways?

Yes but it's a good sign that they let you continue. That being said I wouldn't not make any other mistakes. Sound like your BI would not be forgiving again.
