I was the same way and God has helped me slowly overcome that fear. You have to remember they are not rejecting you but Jesus. You are simply His messenger and speak the Gospel with meekness and love but without fear boldly. Only the Holy Spirit can empower you to witness the way Jesus wants. If you haven’t been baptized in the Holy Spirit then ask Jesus to Baptize you in the Holy Ghost and Fire.

Elijah Anderson ..People already KNOW they “should not feel that way” but if you heard Pastor Kynan saying that fear is a SPIRIT... it is a separate entity that has a negative influence on people... not just the way a person is thinking that he can easily change, otherwise we could all easily change from fear to love and faith. That spirit of fear is constantly at work and requires constant rejection and pushing back off our minds. Fear is faith in the ability of my enemies to hurt me above God's ability to save me. So, fear is idolatry. God said, You shall have no idols before me. Jesus said, Fear not. Fearing is disobedience to God. Sometimes fear is a warning. When I climbed up a ladder to get on my roof with nothing to hold onto but the ladder, I swung my leg around and put one foot on the roof and for the first time in my life I became literally paralyzed with fear. Thoughts of my family doing without me, because I stupidly went up on the roof, flooded my mind. I went back down the ladder and built a scaffolding. Now I'm not afraid to go up on the roof anymore. 🙂
