What do you mean by level nurse? Next nurse? I’m new into nursing, will be going for nursing program in 2021

Hi there! So there are different levels of nurses once into a hospital system. I can not say that about every hospital or facility but where I work you start off as a RN 1 and can go up to a RN 5. With each level jump you get a raise (at my hospital system). You also have to do more each level and have more schooling and certifications to complete the higher you get.
