i dont even know about Adult acne until im facing this bad acne attack on my face last 3 months. I thought this is because of my skincare, until i met my dermatologist, the moment i opened my mask and show him my skin condition straight away he said its adult acne. This is because during my teenager's time, i didnt face any acne problem. And as for i consume Roaccutane, adapelene for pm and benzoyl peroxide for am routine. I changed my facial wash to Cetaphil too, and within 1 week i can see the difference on my skin. This video is really helpful. Thank you Dr Ingky. Much appreciated for the content.

In my mid 30’s, quite true on the sugar intake. If I take too many sweets/sugary products, I tend to get acne but only around 1-2 every 2 months.

same. i had clear skin my whole life. but now at 26 i got cystic/nodular & comedonal acnes. i wish i could see a dermatologist too because i really need to know the exact cause. first i thought because i used a wrong product (laneige cream) then i thought it might be caused by over exfoliating. but i stopped using the cream & cut down acids from my routine but still my acnes remain. i suspect now that hormones might be the culprit. it'd b nice if a dermatologist can confirm it & help fix my skin. sigh now i just use BP & hope for the best.

Hi doc will you please make a review how to prevent and avoid oily face skin.. and to get rid of pores.. ty
@youran883 жыл бұрын
Hi, you can't prevent or avoid oily skin, it's based on your genetic and of course you can't control your genetic, but you can reduce the oil in your skin and the most effective way is isotretinoin (accutane)

Omg about the chronic dehydrated is actually true. I usually only drink 4-5 glasses of plain water everyday. I tend to eat junk food to fill up my "empty" stomach , although I already had my dinner. 😭 I need to cut down my sugar intake and drink more plain water. Goodbye boba 👋😢
@kosminam913 жыл бұрын
No no no don't left boba. Yeah, you drink more water and cut down sugar. Maybe once or twice Boba cups per week. Keep going!!!!
