Thanks so much for bringing these products to the market. Thanks to Aldc I am still home brewing and not throwing in the towel. Can’t wait to use oxblox and glucabuster

I am very happy that these products exist and had great experiences with all the CellarScience products I have used (other than the ALDC product). 9:54 I just wish you guys were upfront that the CellarScience products are a Trademark of MoreFlavor, the parent company of MoreBeer.

Amazing products! Everyone ive tried so far has delivered expected results!

are they a subsidiary of the MoreFlavor umbrella?

The corporate addresses sure make me think to.

Yeah… Moreflavor owns the trademark… easy to find on the USPTO. Weird tone to take in the video… just insert the 2 Spider-Man gif here.

I have always used dry yeast and pitched it straight into my fermenter with great results. I plan on getting a few of these to change up some of my recipes and to try a few different ones as well.

Dry yeast is the best starting point for a split batch 🎉

I use cali, english religiously and recently just used the german and made an excellent hefeweizen

Great information! Always looking to tweak recipes. Think of using some English in my next IPA yeast starter.

Nice. I got to try the ALDC. I had a slow fermentation on a Pale ale, which resulted in some diacetyl. this may help me the next time.

no review on the cellar science baja mexican lager yeast?

Between Cellar Science, Safale, and Lallemand, I honestly don't remember the last time I used liquid yeast. If you can't find what you're looking for in dry yeast these days, I can't imagine what you're breweries.

I used the Nectar strain in a cider with Kirkland aple juice from Costco, turned out nice. I have another batch going with the Citrus strain, and the Tropic Thunder additive to see if I get any interesting characters from the combo.

Very educational, Chris and Vito! I've used their Cali yeast before with good results. I see that your California Common kit recommends the Cali yeast, which is an ale strain. Is there a CellarScience lager strain that you'd recommend instead (similar to Mangrove Jacks Californian Lager Yeast)? Thanks guys!

Great video. I didn’t know about all these cool products! Question though, are the Cellar Science dry yeasts certified gluten free?

Teasing us homebrewers with the HORNINDAL reference. I would love to give that a try if it was in homebrew sized packs.

I use foam axe .but I did not realize all the other cool things available. Seriously I need a printed brochure with all these magical formulas explaining what they do and what they are for. I've never been to any classes on homebrewing. Just started with a mr beer kit. And have fumbled through the learning and tasting solo. But years later I'm over 150 batches. Hooray sounds like I need a beer to celebrate . Gotta go.

Interested to try the Hazy. Not impressed with the Cali so far. Seems like they make some great products. Cant wait to try more. Do you have any recipe kits that take advantage of some of these products?
@jackhorzempa396211 ай бұрын
What specifically is "unimpressive" about the Cali strain?
@wd635811 ай бұрын
@jackhorzempa3962 possible acetaldehyde. Gonna check again soon. Pitched one pack in 1.048 wort. Gave it plenty of time to finish and fermented under good conditions. There's no reason to have that off flavor, IMO

i stopped using liquid yeast YEARS ago. Never looked back. Every Cellar Science yeast i've used so far i've been impressed with. Get clearer beer than US-05 each time i have used Cali. Not sure why.
