Subbed. Thanks so much. I write Core 2 on July 2nd. I prefer managerial accounting but I have a really hard time being efficient with these cases...can't find the requireds as fast or set up my templates in time.

Hello, if you don't mind sharing, how did you manage writing the core 2 you did in July? I had mine today. And I was overwhelmed by the 60 minutes case writing.

@@katielee3269 It's funny you bring that up. My first try wasn't my day. I got all competents in the 2nd case, but the first case...I started off wrong and I didn't recover. I just rewrote the exam today. I am sure I got it this time. Hope you got it Katie *thumbs up

@@katielee3269 of course CPA pal :). Yeh...these things are really intense... If I was successful I'd be glad to give you tips that worked for me. I use a different system to CPA way...it's called rodac. The other big thing is having an excel file of templates for things like npv. Name's Shawn btw.

Lots to say, focus on MA and S&G chapters in the eBook. The majority of PM's AOs focus on strategy (SWOT, PESTEEL, fit with mission/vision, KSF) and performance evaluation (bonus, transfer pricing). Also know the ideal BoD structure, role of audit committee, and how to properly write qualitative (pros + cons then explain WHY it is a pro /con and the IMPACT on the company). I'm aiming to do a PM webinar this spring - hopefully before your exam, please subscribe if you haven't.
