mann i was feeling pretty down n lonely, kinda discouraged today because i spiraled into thinking abt how i try to be as mindful as possible to cancel out a negative thought with more positive thoughts & it doesn't rlly feel like anything is happening bc of how right now my life kind of feels stuck, i could be more satisfied with it, i look around me and it seems like everyone is living so good with a good social life, i just feel singled out sometimes, but you're videos are a really good reminder to keep having faith that my reality will catch up to the affirmations and words im watering it with. & also a good simple reminder to point out what im grateful for today n overall!!! makes me realize that some of the stuff i have affirmed and promised to myself is actually my reality now!!
