Sweet guide! Can I do this but for many different customers, with multiple projects and make it so that they can change/add data themselves (via Softr or something)?

Absolutely! Airtable is great for collaboration. A third party like Softr has great front-facing features, and you can even do a lot with Airtable's native forms and interfaces

Julian, thank you so much I am new to Airtable and loving it. Watching all of your videos. I do have a question for your or video to make. I have been looking for a better way to manage our inventory. Yep saw the video and love it so switching to that format. My question is, I would like to create a form where my frontline people can enter multiple items at a time as shipped. For example, on one form, sent 10 item A, 25 item B, 30 item C, etc. Submit it, and those number get updated. Is there a way to do that?

Hi Matt, Thank you! What you're describing is a great question, and there isn't a way to do this with a form. However, you CAN do it with an interface. You'd create a new table of "Orders". Interfaces would then allow you to nest a grid of line items ("Sold" records) inside an order. I've added that to my list of videos to make as I know you're not alone in wanting to figure this out.

thank you for the excelent video. it was a big help. but i followed your instructions. There are showing "Sorry, there was a problem creating this field. The options are not valid." error message. Searched on the google and can not find the solution
