1. Prebiotics- raw onion, garlic, apple.......raw veggies 2. Probiotics- yoghurt, saurkraut, kimchi, fermented veggies- carrots, radish.... , Kefir 3. Soluble and insoluble fibers- right quantity at right time 4. Omega-3: huge role in gut repair 5. Order: Veggies and raw first, then cooked veggies, protein and fats and then carbohydrates: UK lifestyle 6. What destroys gut health: Omega 6, 9 if in large quantity- present in processed and friend foods. White Sugar: Bad bacteria feed on it. High fructose corn syrup 7. To kill bad bacteria- starve them of sugar and junk 8. Celiac vs. Lactose Intolerant - get test done, know what to avoid, don't avoid everything 9. SIBO- 10. SLEEP- non-negotiable

Which test for lactose intolerant? There is no diagnostic test as far as I have inquired

Hydrogen breath test .But you can try this a sinple method at home..Dont take any lactose foods for 2 days and on 3rd day Take Milk 1 cup in empty stomach and wait till afternoon if you see any Sudden change of symptoms or Aggravation of symptoms then you can think of it 😊
