A theory I like is that you helping to rebuild Lumiose City to make the tower send out more power for the Ulitmate Weapon. Quote "Team Flare occupies the Kalos Power Plant and diverts enough electricity to the weapon to cause a blackout in Lumiose City." Thats the A in the logo. Also, in each 5 sections you collect Zygarde cells. Quote again, "Complete Forme Zygarde contains five Cores with each of its wings and tail having their own Core that can act independently." Thats the Z. Then something about Zygarde stopping the weapon from firing or absorbing the energy. I simplified it I, but it was along those line.

I like it! I definitely feel like something will threaten the region and Zygarde being the Order Pokemon will be crucial to stopping it! So much potential in general with this game which makes it exciting!

Whiling regional variants/evolutions and cross-gen evolutions are taking a back seat in favor of you know what, I still think they’ll be several of them alongside maybe convergent species.

One thing I hoped for which I know pretty much ain’t gonna happen was that it’s set in the distant future, but there’s a Time Machine somewhere in the Lumiose tower! For one reason or another there aren’t as many Pokemon in the wild anymore so you travel back in time and catch Pokemon that you bring back to the future! And ofc over time you unlock more and more places to go to!

I’m just gonna say it, a Mega Flygon is a guaranteed but with a twist It still remains Ground/Dragon, but it gains a new signature that’s like Dhelmise’s Steelworker but for Bug moves. In other words STAB U-Turn and First Impression at the cost of its Ground immunity. Reply me back when this is the ability they gave it in the future.

I found megas really enjoyable. Not just the aesthetic and gameplay of it but outside of top tier competition you felt like as long as you mega'd something you have a very powerful pokemon. Far more interesting than a cycle of 4 must have legendaries when it comes to competitve.

My expectations are: -Performance is #1 The world to be alive, such as npc chatter and people reacting to the environment. -An engaging story. Never had once decent enough since Sun and Moon. My hopes: -Voice Acting -Unique/Evolved/Expanded battle system(whatever it may be) -Deeper Crafting than Legends Arceus -Great sidequests like Anju and Kafei from Majoras Mask -Better Character Creation(NPC characters attire would be cool)

My guess is that legends Z-A will actually be released in 2 parts. Part 1 will be legends Z released on the switch with the theme being set in the past. Then Legends A will be released on the switch 2 with the theme being set in the future. When the title was announced there was a delay between revealing the letter Z then the letter A, they didn’t appear together at the same time.

Idea for Z-A: it’s the 1910’s -1920’s and everything is steampunk and we get a steel type eeveelution. Here’s the Pokédex entry: (pretend it’s being said by Dexter or RotomDex) Bronzeon: The cogwheel Pokémon Bronzeon is a highly intelligent Pokemon that is beloved by mechanics for its ability to always know what tool its trainer needs, and when. Bronzeon evolves from Eevee by giving it a spare cog. I’m thinking for Bronzeon that it looks like an Eevee but more metallic but it still looks furry because the Pokémon has bronze dust attracted to it like a magnet, and it has barrettes that are cogwheels around its ears and tail.

I loved gen 6, the only issue with it was how easy it was. Other than that it was perfect. Gen 3-5 was peak Pokemon Gen 6 was fantastic but nowhere near as good as 3-5

what is the whole purpose of the game is to undo a past event to bring prosperity to the future? I mean if Zygarde is about balance, why wouldn’t he send somebody back in time to prevent what’s to come. A lot of time travel movies have to deal with the butterfly effect. I’m surprised with the introduction of dimensions and alternate timelines that this hasn’t been addressed officially in a title, to my knowledge. But other than the ultimate weapon, what would AZ need to undo?

My personal theory on why it’s Z to A would probably be similar to Zelda’s Link Between world where there’s a light world and a dark world and you constantly switch between worlds but this time, it’s between time periods.
