I tried this inverter with aboyt 900 watts and it was going for several seconds until I realized cables inclused are way too thin to run this at 70amps. Whover buys this DO NOT go abover 500watts

If it's under 1000 watts, I don't see why not. A heater is not really sensitive to modified sine wave.

With the battery or the inverter? The inverter should be able to handle 500 watts really forever until it gives out. If you mean the 12.8v 100ah battery, that will give you 500 watts for about 2.5 hours (12.8v x 100ah = 1280 watt hours = 2.56 hours at 500 watts).
