It’s important to distinguish thoughts between the mind, body, and soul. The mind likes to over power the body, the body tries to overpower the soul but it’s important to think with the soul. The soul knows what you truly want. I believe this is the essence of existence, to evolve. God gave us these vessels to act in accordance to our souls. Regrets are more painful than blood.

listening to you now, and applying on myself what you say, I realized something - I have been having constant daily, more like as soon as I wake up thoughts about a few regrets I (think I) have, no matter how happy I am that morning of my life. and it just hit me that I (maybe) have them because my reaction to them is the same. if I change my sincere feelings and reaction towards them, maybe the thoughts will be different. not the feeling, the thoughts. thank you brother, honestly great work you do here, it truly is "food for thought".

“you are not your thoughts” helped save me from intrusive thoughts “accept but disagree” helped me too this is thoughts that came from untreated PTSD/OCD i’m early in my journey and this is my experience *accept that it happened, but disagree with it accept you thought that, but disagree with it, let the thought pass peacefully without swatting it away

Yesterday I was eating chips and I was thinking: thoughts are kinda like the loud chewing noise we hear while eating: we can chose to not be in the moment of eating and just keep listening to the sound or we can embrace the wholeness of eating, the sensation and the experience. We can attach to the noise or we can embrace that yea they are there but the moment is happening now and that’s all that we have to experience

One of the best ways i found to become aware of my thoughts, especially the negative ones is to put together a journal of them. I create 4 columns. The first is the situation where the thought came up / the thought itself . The second is my self talk when that thought came up and how i pondered on that thought. The third is the consequences you have to deal with by having that certain self talk about that thought. The fourth is the constructive self talk i can do next time to cut that negative thought / self talk off and move my mind in a better direction. This has really helped me become more aware of my thoughts when they arise. You can visualize yourself cutting off that negative thought and doing the constructive self talk the next it arises.

I really needed this I don’t know why but I keep failing my drivers test this is my 3rd time and sometimes tbh I say I want to study but I really have no motivation to and when I do it’s for only 10 minutes max. I’m 16 and a lot of people will say that’s too young to start driving but it really stresses me out seeing all the kids my age driving and I’m not. I’m going in next week so please wish me luck! 🙏🏾❤

Im going through a break up right now, My ex moved on and started dating someone else about 10 days After my relationship. And I think this video helped extra because, My insecurities and my tendency to be hard on myself has always been a strong force in my head. The break up has made these thoughts worse, but the advice you give over the span of all your videos has really helped. So I appreciate it, I hope lighting strikes again and you grow to be a even bigger impact of people's mental health, I'd love to say I knew your content before you were super famous
