i long to have someone like you in my life, no one has this level of maturity and it’s so draining trying to keep this mindset without like minded people
@jesusdiaz-tp2cj8 ай бұрын
the “take control of your body manually” part is such a distinct concept on how to take your mind off the negative thoughts/loops! would’ve never thought of something quite like that but i’m glad i found your channel and learning much from you!!

that shit hit when you said when to realize your thoughts aren’t serving you, and when you aren’t serving yourself

Growth is messy is what I like to say. Messy in the sense that it isn’t always linear.. Change & Growth go hand in hand but if your only focus is trying to grow “perfectly” then it may be time to shift your perspective. Thank you for this gem 🩵
@ClosedDown1238 ай бұрын
Growth is a nonlinear process so to all my brothers, be patient with yourself but be intentional about identifying what you could change. Love these videos 🤞🏾

Forgiveness helps immensely. I find that when I write a letter that leaves everything on the table I am able to separate the present from the past better and as a result, I can grow more

thats your old self holding you back from the new. we are scared of the things we don't know which is why they say its a leap of faith. its not about knowing. its about doing.

This was the video i really needed atm. I’ve decided to really lock in to better myself and to start making sacrifices in my life to grow, in which was a challenge for me in the past. This journey isn’t comfortable at all, but this video just gave me reassurance on to focus on the things i can control. Thank you so much 🙌🏾🙏🏾

for me, that replay of events can all change in how it affects you based on your mindset as you relive it. it’s not healthy to constantly replay experiences, but without that replay you will never form healthy habits and reactions. it’s a matter of acknowledging and acceptance. being compassionate for all parts of yourself, even the parts that have made mistakes. i agree that who you are in mainly internal, and how you react to the external. it’s easy to let your mindset stay in a fixed perspective instead of allowing the growth to flow from all experiences.

the ups and downs are what make life worth living, truly. there are people who aren’t mentally strong and people who are, we all face different challenges. i like that you give the advice to take a step back and connect with yourself when you feel those downs.

growth scares me because i'm scared that changes might hurt myself and the people around me. i don't really know whether the outcome will be good or not, i know i can't predict the future. but i'm scared my decision might lead me into misery. i'm scared of changes. i don't know why, even though we made the decision ourself. i guess i'm terrified of the decision that i'm gonna make because i'm scared i'll choose a bad decision that will lead me into regretting it. damn.
@spirituallyizzy27312 ай бұрын
you'll never know unless we try, its easy to come up with a million road blocks to stop ourselves from becoming the best version of ourselves. Just like we let our negative thoughts control us or get the best of us, The positive can be just as strong and will actually benefit us. We are all in our spiritual journeys and should value the ups and downs
