The COVID vaccine works much like infections, injuries, or toxins. It should create a transient inflammatory response in the immune system, which then creates antibodies and other immune cells to protect against the next time the body sees the insult. But some people have hidden, non symptomatic infections or toxins that the immune system has been handling, and when the vaccine gets added, it can take things beyond what the immune system can manage. Then you will see symptoms. But it isn't only the vaccine, it is everything all together.
