@teresa6635 Hi! The 9 part video series doesn't come in your email, it will be something you log into on the Block Therapy website. You should have gotten a confirmation email from Block Therapy on the [e-mail] email. This will contain your login information for the series. Be sure to check your SPAM folder to see if it ended up there. If you are unable to find it, you can contact Block Therapy at 1-844-274-3666 or [e-mail]. Be sure to tell them you were referred by Gordon Medical so that you get the sampler free. Enjoy it!

If you still haven't settled this I would contact them for sure. I bought a program and it never arrived. Turned out they had website problem early in the year. I got a pdf download for the stages the same day I messaged. That was about 6 weeks after I purchased it.

@@lisabarnetson1362 yes, I understand they have been transitioning to a new website after they outgrew their previous one. It hasn't been a simple process, and some fell in between the cracks. Be sure to contact their support team if you didn't get what you ordered!
