Honestly Ragatha appeals to me more because while she's trying not to let the existential crisis send her spiraling, she's also keeping everybody near her from popping a gasket. We all have ways of coping, Ragatha (like me) finds comfort in making sure everybody else is at least bordering okay instead of crazy. Reacting to Jax having keys to people's rooms and then the implied centipede with flustered, confused anger and the ever relevant question "Why would you do this?!" left me smirking. Cause I mean, isn't that always the question when dealing with people? Shocker, she also understands that not everyone stuck in that 'abstracted' situation her and Pomni were in would help her, which Pomni tried to. Ragatha also did her best to ignore the pain and keep her new friend focused/calm, so that's another point there. She comes off as neurotic but doing her best for everyone's sake in an absolutely borked situation.

Jax is definitely my fav, mostly because the VA is perfect for the character, but also because I get the feeling that he actually cares about the other characters and is only a jerk because he wants to keep them occupied on disliking him rather than going insane. Also it’s about time we had a well-animated sans style mouth!

Agreed! I feel like he definitely does care about them but doesn't want to get too close with them in case one of them abstracts. The scene in the pilot where he throws the bowling ball at Kinger and him and Gangle fall seems really rude at first. But rewatching it I noticed that he did it to protect them from Kaufmo. He heard the growl, then threw the ball at them causing them to fall and be a safe distance away from Kaufmo, then followed them himself. I'm very excited to see where his character goes Edit: He also is visibly upset/angry when Kofmo is put in the cellar but then changes his facial expression to a disinterested one almost immediately

Pomni is my fave (and my PFP) because of two reasons. One, what you said in the video. I relate to her and have made every single one of those expressions before. As an instant Pomni fan, yeah, both of those assumptions are true. But seriously though, the design is well-made, colorful and detailed without being too cluttered, and she's very expressive, it's so smoothly animated too. Her voice actor does amazing at capturing the dread and uncertainty of the situation. The pieces of her personality we see interest me. She's scared enough to run away instead of immedietly helping the kind stranger she barely knows, but genuinely seems to care and wants to help. She is absolutely crushed mentally though. It makes for an interesting continuation.

Caine isn’t my favorite character but I do know there’s something sinister about him. He didn’t want Pomni to talk about the exit and kept saying it was a hallucination. He also didn’t want people to travel into the void but at the end you can see it’s literally a computer screen. He also mentioned he had eyes everywhere. He’s in control of it all so it only makes sense
